AM- Easy 3 this morning. I couldn't get to the school so I just did this one on my own. I took it extra slow to make sure my legs were agreeing with me finally! I was so happy my shins only hurt a little! The new shoes are working miracles already!
Afternoon- 5 I think. . . i am not totally sure. It felt SOO good though! we did a warm up to harts and then got started on 800 repeats. I was so scared cause I have never done these before. The first one i hit a 3:27 and then coach said he wanted me to stay at 3:30. That scared me! But i did pretty good. It went 3:27, 3:25, 3:33, 3:35, and 3:44. I was kind of dissapointed that I couldnt push it that last little bit on the fifth one but overall the workout was really good and my legs felt much better. 2 cool down grass loops with Micci and that was it! |
