Well... Sierra had me get a blog like two weeks ago and this is my first entry. Haha

I am not starting on a good note either. The morning run at 6 we just did a 3 to AC and my shins were killing me. Its a totally different pain than the last time I had shin splint too so i don't know how to deal with them yet. This morning I thought that I could just run it out but they just got worse as the run went on.

Then this afternoon I went to talk to Mark the athletic trainer and he just told me to watch them and if you need to cut the work out short. So i got maybe 5 or 10 minutes into the workout and I knew there was no point in pushing it cause I was limping so bad so I just turned around and went and put my lets in ice.

I think the problem might be that my shoes are worn down. I've put lots of miles on them so they are definately at their last days. . Hopefully I can treat these shins before BYU though!

Hey Chandis! I'm so happy you got a blog! Good Job on running today! I really hope your legs get better soon, because I missed running with you this afternoon! Keep up all the hard work and effort you put out :)! And do get those legs better for BYU! I'm so excited for that :)!
